Clementine Forster

Clementine has been chief operating officer at NEF since May 2025. She has experience across charity, political and commercial sectors having previously been director of operations at Future Frontiers, an education and social mobility charity, chief operating officer and party treasurer at the Women’s Equality Party, and chief operating officer for Perrett Laver, a global executive search firm working with mission driven organisations.

In a previous life (the one before children) Clementine was a Girl Guide leader, school governor and telly addict.
