Grace Brown
Kerslake Fellow
Grace Brown is the Kerslake Fellow, a role established in partnership with St Mungo’s and Peabody to honour Lord Bob Kerslake and his work to promote access to secure, affordable housing for all. At NEF, Grace’s work focuses on housing and homelessness, particularly social housing.
Grace brings almost a decade’s experience delivering policy research for a range of progressive think-tanks, trade unions, local authorities, and charities. She holds a PhD from the University of Glasgow, and has a particular interest in housing justice, democratic forms of ownership, and just transitions. Grace is also a member of Greater Manchester Tenants Union, bringing practical insight from tenant organising into her research.
