Kamran Malekzai

Kam supports NEF’s work on the economy and environment as an assistant researcher. He began his career in the international development sector before transitioning into UK public policy. He supported implementation of the UK Innovation Strategy as a policy advisor in the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) before moving to HM Treasury (HMT) where he was as an assistant economist focussing on minimum wage policy and labour market analysis.
