Martin Wood

Martin has broad experience of working to empower local communities. His background includes community and cooperative development, social housing and economic development. He was previously Assistant Director at the Northern Housing Consortium, a Research Associate at the University of Western Sydney, and worked for many years as a freelance consultant. Prior to joining NEF he was a Policy and Economy Adviser at the North of Tyne Combined Authority where his work was focussed on their Social Economy programme.
