Molly Harris

Molly joined NEF in March 2025 as a senior researcher on the social policy team. Her research interests include housing inequality, land decommodification, and community ownership. Previously, Molly worked on housing development at the Greater London Authority and community wealth building in local government. Prior to living in the UK, Molly worked at a New York-based urban planning and economic development consultancy. Molly has a master’s in city planning from the University of California, Berkeley.
