Pascale Frazer-Carroll
Trustee
Pascale has a background in campaigning, communications and social impact strategy. She previously held the role of UK director at Change.org, the world’s largest digital platform for social change. Starting as a campaigns advisor, Pascale specialised in supporting first-time organisers and activists with lived experience of marginalisation to use storytelling, online and offline campaigning strategies to run powerful campaigns. Here she worked across social justice issues — from economic and environmental justice, to health inequalities, to migrant rights. Alongside this, for several years, Pascale led on supporter growth and engagement at the platform. She has experience as a facilitator and trainer on storytelling for social change, particularly working with young people and grassroots groups. Pascale is currently an Atlantic Fellow for Social and Economic Equity, housed at the International Inequalities Institute at the London School of Economics, where she is doing research on social movement strategies towards a just transition. She is passionate about participatory democratic processes and the role of imagination in social change.
