Wen-Wen has 25 years of experience as an investor, analyst and political activist with a commitment to advancing environmental sustainability and inclusive economic outcomes. She leads a team that invests in hard-to-abate industrial sectors for GIC, the sovereign wealth fund of Singapore, where she is also a member of the Transition and Sustainable Finance Group. Her portfolio of investments since 2000 has touched six continents and a wide range of economic frameworks and approaches in the areas of energy and industrial policy.

She sits on the Senior Advisory Council for Girls are Investors (GAIN UK) and is a member of Chatham House in London and the Bretton Woods Committee in Washington, DC. In 2021, Wen-Wen was elected to lead Democrats Abroad UK, a 25,000 member volunteer organization in London. She is deeply interested in policies to incentivize economic and investment decisions leading to better outcomes for people and planet.
