Sam Tims
Senior Economist
Sam was previously an economic researcher at NEF. His work focused on social security reform, inequality and taxation. Sam previously worked for Policy in Practice where he oversaw the use of administrative benefits data to support low-income households and model council tax support schemes across the UK. Sam holds a Master of Mathematics from the University of Bath.
