Vicki Wright

Vicki has extensive finance and operations experience, and has worked in the charity sector for more than 15 years. She plays a vital role supporting our CEO and the leadership team with the implementation of our organisational strategy and business planning. 

Vicki previously worked as Chief Operating Officer for ThinkForward, a coaching charity focused on inclusion of young people in schools and equitable access to employment opportunities for all young people. She also served as Director of Finance and Resources for a local Mind association, where she developed a deep understanding of the impact of mental ill health and the importance of supporting the wellbeing of employees. She is a passionate advocate for social mobility, equity, diversity and inclusion. Vicki also has experience of developing and implementing digital strategy and enhanced organisational data practice including data security and GDPR compliance.
