Across the world, people are getting organised in their workplaces and communities to respond to Coronavirus. From the hundreds of Amazon workers in the US who went on strike last week because of unsafe working conditions, to the mutual aid networks that have sprung up across the country — there are plenty of inspiring examples of collective action being taken.
But how do we ensure the demands made during the pandemic lead to lasting change when it’s over? What does organising even look like in an age of social distancing, when many traditional tactics are off the table? What struggles are happening right now, and how can we show solidarity?
