Keren is a former Service Director for City Economy at the City of Wolverhampton Council and prior to that held director positions for Culture and Community and Sustainable Development at the South East of England Development Agency (SEEDA). Previously, she was a Regional Director and Executive Director within the Federation of Groundwork Trusts.
Keren currently works as an independent consultant and researcher, specialising in the cultural and creative economy, local economic development and place-making. She has a PhD in participative practices in place-making and landscape architecture. She is a chartered member of the Landscape Institute.
