Who is really benefitting from the Help-to-Buy Scheme?

A report from the National Audit Office showed that more than half of people who used the government’s help-to-buy loan scheme could already afford a home. Hanna Wheatley spoke to Eddie Nestor on BBC Radio London about these findings and the need for the government to start helping those at the sharp end of the housing crisis.
