End of furlough

Alfie spoke to Eddie Mair about the end of the furlough scheme in the UK, compared to the extension of similar schemes in countries like France and Germany. He argues that policies like this can’t exist in a vacuum and must instead respond to the changing status of the pandemic and to the need for job creation in the economy.
