Why we need an income guarantee for all

Sarah Arnold wrote for openDemocracy about the growing consensus around the idea that everyone should have access to guaranteed income to get through the coronavirus crisis: 

“We urgently need further protection to prevent immediate hardship for those who need it. We need a mechanism to get cash into people’s pockets fast, which reaches the most vulnerable first.”
