Levelling up, and fixing the adult skills system

Miatta Fahnbulleh spoke to BBC News in response to the Queen’s Speech. 

She said that if the Government was as serious about levelling up as it says, it would invest the money needed, create good, green jobs, and ensure power and resources flowed to local areas:
